SEMINAR SEA AND ISLAND ECONOMY SURVEY PERMIT FOR OFFSHORE WIND POWER PROJECTS (SPOWP 2022)

On June 8th, 2022, following the direction of the EVN in Document No. 2713/EVN-KHCNMT dated May 23rd, 2022 on organizing activities during Vietnam Sea and Islands Week and World Oceans Day 2022, EVNPECC3 will organize the SEMINAR: SEA AND ISLAND ECONOMY: SURVEY PERMIT FOR OFFSHORE WIND POWER PROJECTS (SPOWP 2022)

SPOWP 2022 is organized for Vietnamese Government agencies, policy makers and stakeholders to share existing concerns, learn from international experiences in survey licensing for Offshore wind projects (for selecting investors for offshore wind power projects) to establish mechanisms and policies for offshore wind power development in Vietnam.

SPOWP 2022 is a succinct, organized seminar focusing on the experience of survey licensing for Offshore wind projects from Germany, UK and Denmark.

SPOWP 2022  is organized with the companionship of partners from the MONRE VASI, MOIT EREA, German Embassy in Hanoi, GIZ Energy Support Programme, British Embassy in Ha Noi, UK’s ASEAN Low Carbon Energy Programme, Danish Embassy in Ha Noi. And the participation of experts and leading businesses in renewable energy, especially offshore wind power in the world.

The seminar will be held at Hotel du Parc Hanoi – 84 Tran Nhan Tong ward, Nguyen Du, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi from 13:00 to 17:00 on June 8th, 2022.
